Tullymurry House – Guest Information & Booking Terms & Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to Tullymurry House. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions:

Bookings & Payment

  • Upon booking – a booking deposit of 30% is made to reserve your stay at Tullymurry House.
  • The 70% balance is due to be paid 28 days in advance of your arrival and your £450 housekeeping deposit is held on your credit card, 3 days before your date of arrival at Tullymurry House – housekeeping deposit of £450 refundable within 48 hours of departure, subject to House Manager post departure survey. (Unfortunately, if your balance or house keeping deposit is not paid/processed on time – it invalidates your booking and your booking deposit will not be refunded. To secure the return of your housekeeping deposit – you will need to leave Tullymurry House in a tidy and clean state, as per instructions issued in advance of your stay – these are standard levels of cleanliness and tidiness for a self-catering property).
  • Once the 70% booking balance is paid (remember your housekeeping deposit will be held on your credit card from 3 days before your arrival), you will receive your booking confirmation email along with all access details and important information to enable a comfortable stay. If you would like our House Manager to welcome you on arrival – then please advise us 3 days prior of you arrival time.
  • If you book the property within 28 days then your booking will charged in full and your £450 housekeeping deposit will be held 3 days in advance of arrival.
  • Your booking must be for your stated purpose of accommodation, it must not be for any other purpose – strictly no parties with additional guests, other than those who are staying in the house. When you make a booking, you agree to cover Tullymurry House against all loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to Tullymurry House and its contents from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by yourself, or any person accompanying you – Tullymurry House is covered by CCTV.
  • We do not accept groups of under 18 year olds.
  • Please ensure your name, address, email and telephone contact details are correct at time of booking.
  • All prices are in GBP and are correct at time of booking. All tax increases will be passed on and includes VAT.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 28 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a £50 administration fee.
  • If you cancel between 27 to 15 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund, minus an admin fee of £50.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
  • We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

During Your Stay

  • Please treat the house, gardens, and spa with care. We ask that you leave Tullymurry House as you found it. Unfortunately, any damage, breakages or if the house is left not clean and tidy, will result in losing part or all of your housekeeping deposit. We will issue instructions on what is expected on leaving the house. Please advise the House Manager of any breakages, spillages or damage before leaving the property.
  • Please follow all instructions for recycling and laundry requirements before leaving the property.
  • Please assist us in reducing our carbon footprint by turning off lighting, sauna and ensuring cover is replaced on hot tub when not in use.
  • The property is self-catering and must not exceed the agreed guest numbers – parties with additional guests is strictly prohibited.

Check In & Out

  • Check-in is from 16:00  and check-out by 12:00 noon (flexibility may be possible by arrangement).
  • Please advise of your arrival time at least 3 days in advance of your arrival date, if you would like to be met by our House Manager, or we will supply all access details by email to allow you to arrive at a time of your convenience.
  • If you have any problems relating to the functioning of Tullymurry House, then please contact the House Manager – whose details will be supplied in your booking confirmation email.

Spa & Wellness

  • Help us to do reduce our carbon footprint and protect the environment – please make sure you turn off the sauna and replace the hot tub cover when you are leaving the spa.
  • Use of spa facilities is at your own risk.
  • The wearing of fake tan in the hot tub is strictly prohibited, please ensure you shower in advance of using the hot tub. If fake tan is found in the hot tub, it may result in you loosing part of your housekeeping deposit.
  • You should not use a hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart disease, high blood pressure, or are ill with a fever or infection. Children under 5 should not use a hot tub, and those with open wounds or compromised immune systems should also avoid them. It’s always best to consult a doctor before use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Dogs

  • Dogs are welcome, they must be included at time of booking – 2 dogs maximum – additional fee required. Please ensure that all dog poo is cleaned up before leaving the property or you may loose your housekeeping deposit.
  • Please ensure that your dogs are only allowed access to the farmhouse kitchen in the House and are not allowed on beds or on furniture or in any other part of the house.
  • Please ensure that dogs are not allowed into any connecting fields as there are farm animals in the fields. Dogs are allowed to run free in the rear enclosed courtyard which is self-contained. Please keep dogs on a lead in the main gardens – clean up and dispose of all dog poo in dog poo bags provided, in the black bins.

General

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house and please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed off in the black bins.
  • Please ensure that the fire pit and BBQ are not left unattended and are fully extinguished before leaving them – only for exterior use in the rear courtyard.
  • Strictly no candles inside Tullymurry House and also never leave any of the fires unattended when lit – please ensure fire guards are in place.
  • There are no electric charging points at Tullymurry House.
  • We cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or belongings.
  • There is parking at the front and side of the main house for your convenience.
  • CCTV is in operation at Tullymurry House.
  • If you have any complaints during your stay, please contact the House Manager immediately and if you are not happy with how your complaint was handled, please email your complaint in writing to booking@tullymurryhouse.com

By booking Tullymurry House and making payment in full, I confirm that I have read and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.

We ask that you take care of Tullymurry House, so that we can pass in it on to future generations. We hope you enjoy your stay and thank you for visiting.
